Regional Wine of Kastoria

Varietal composition: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Characteristics: Vivid ruby red colour. Intense and delicate aromas of tomato and butter. Full on the palate with rich and round tannins accompanied with discrete acidity. Age for 12 months in selected French oak barrels.

Varietal composition: Sauvignon Blanc 100%

Characteristics: Brilliant golden-yellow but slightly cloudy due to its gentle mechanical processing and absence of filtration, which preserve the original character of the variety.
Ripe fruity aromas of citrus and bitter orange. Honey on the palate and pleasant intense acidity stemming from its rich creamy taste.

Varietal composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.

Characteristics: Fresh complex aromas of red forest fruits and dried fruit, with a hint of vanilla and spice. Full on the palate with an intensely aromatic, sweet acidic aftertaste, soft tannins and balanced structure.
Ages well.
Maggel Sun-dried - Natural wine from sun-dried grapes, dried for 45 days in the shade

Varieties of grapes used: Roditis, Syrah, Cinsaut, Merlot

Characteristics: A broad palette of flavours acidity from the wine’s ageing, preserved fruit, quince, citrus and red fruits. A full-bodied fleshy wine with superb balance between alcohol and acidity, its flavour is sweet without being cloying and leaves a long aftertaste. Aged for three years in selected French oak.
Best served as an aperitif or dessert wine, at 14 degrees C.
